Our CAPABILITIES

Two vertical machining centers with 4th axis capability up to 20” x 16” x 20” footprint.

Two lathes capable of up to 14” in diameter and 24” in length.

Two table routers with up to 5’ x 12’ work envelope.

CMM with 30” x 25” x 25” travel and Renishaw probing. Optical comparator. Surface plates, height gauges, and other supporting quality-control tools.

Having equipment in house and being able to react to short lead time items or one off parts along with an in house fabrication shop we can also offer secondary and support operations to machined components.

We perform both cutting and engraving on a variety of materials, such as bamboo, stone, horn, leather, crystal, wood, plastic, fabrics, paper, canvas, and metals.
